Fixwell Studio Apps & Integrations ("the Services") are internal web-based tools operated by Fixwell Studio ("we", "us", "our"). These tools include, but are not limited to:
The Services are used to plan, generate, schedule and publish content (such as videos, images, titles, descriptions and tags) to social media and marketplace accounts that explicitly authorize our apps via the relevant login or OAuth flow. The Services are intended for Fixwell Studio's own brands and selected partners.
The Services are intended to be used only by Fixwell Studio and selected partners who have received access from us. By using the Services, you confirm that you are authorized to manage any connected TikTok, Pinterest, Etsy or other accounts.
The Services use official APIs provided by third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Pinterest, Etsy) to upload, update or publish content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including compliance with the Community Guidelines, Terms of Service and policies of each platform, as well as all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Services for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any content that violates platform rules.
When you connect a third-party account, the Services may receive and store:
This data is used only to provide the automation, scheduling and publishing features of the Services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
For TikTok, our tools may use products such as TikTok Login (Login Kit) and the Content Posting API to publish videos on authorized accounts. For Pinterest and Etsy, our tools may use their official APIs to create or update pins, posts, listings and related metadata. Your use of each integration is also governed by the official Terms and policies of the respective platform.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, account suspension, rejected listings, reduced reach, or any damages arising from the use of the Services, including changes made by third-party platforms to their APIs or policies.
We may update or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
