This Privacy Policy describes how Fixwell Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses information when you use Fixwell Studio Apps & Integrations ("the Services"), including our internal tools for TikTok, Pinterest, Etsy and other platforms.

When you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok, Pinterest, Etsy), we may collect:

• account identifiers, usernames and basic profile information;
• access tokens and refresh tokens required to authenticate with the platform's API;
• content and metadata (videos, images, titles, descriptions, tags, links, scheduling data);
• analytics or performance data that platforms make available via their APIs;
• technical logs (timestamps, error messages) for security and debugging.

3. How We Use the Information

We use this information to authenticate your connection to TikTok, Pinterest, Etsy or other platforms; upload, update and publish content on your behalf; schedule and manage campaigns and content calendars; and monitor performance, debug issues and improve our internal tools. We do not use this data for unrelated advertising and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the Services (for example hosting providers, cloud storage, automation infrastructure). These providers are only allowed to process the data on our behalf and according to our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain access tokens, refresh tokens and related metadata only as long as necessary to provide the automation and publishing features. If access is revoked from the third-party platform (for example, by disconnecting the app in TikTok, Pinterest or Etsy settings), we can no longer access or publish content to that account and associated data will be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we store. However, no system is 100 percent secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Services rely on APIs provided by third-party platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest and Etsy. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We do not control and are not responsible for how those platforms process data once it leaves our systems.

8. Children's Data

The Services are not designed for use by children under the age required by TikTok, Pinterest, Etsy or applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
